Job Scope: 
•  Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability. 
•  Coordinate/ facilitate the interview process on the day of interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable
•  Conduct reference checks
•  Send reject email to unsuccessful candidates
•  Provide support to the wellnesss activities e.g. distribution of goody packs
•  Create P files for new joiners 
•  File all hardcopy documents into respective p-files or storage areas
•  Archive documents for resignees

Job Requirements: 
- Min. Diploma in HR or any relevant field 
- Some HR Experience preferred
