You will be responsible for day-to-day procurement and inventory operations support for the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical Needs

The Role:

• To Conduct all supply chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures (e.g vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, inventory management etc.).
• To Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking.
• To Perform quality checks on orders, pack and coordinate deliveries.
• To Maintain the warehouse in accordance with industry and regulatory standards.
• To Perform data entry and billing procedures for goods and services provided.

The Person:

• Diploma in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences and related disciplines, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience or

Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences and related disciplines with minimum 2 year of relevant working experience.

• Skilled in Data analysis using Microsoft Excel:

- Meticulous data entry and spreadsheet creation.

- Capable of using simple formulas or pivot tables to analyse data effectively.

• Comfortable working with vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery objectives are met.
