Ensure that HR strategic direction reflects business strategy

Business partner for the region

Health & Safety and local regulation compliance across multiple countries

Promote a learning and development culture

Ensure excellent service levels from the HR Department for all areas of the business

Ensure best practice is followed within the organization

Handle escalations of HR topics, complaints & disciplinary matters

Work closely with all People Leaders to develop and support their HR strategy

Manage reward and recognition systems including salary planning and benchmarking surveys
Other

Occasional travel is required due to the regional nature of the role

You will be required to be flexible in this role and must be prepared to perform other tasks and undertake additional duties in any area of the business as determined by Management. These tasks may be outside your normal work area

You will comply with the requirement of the Arvato Quality Management System and our various Internal Risk Management programs and External certifications
Your Profile
Technical Competencies
-
Experience managing HR in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China (at least some of the countries)
-
Relevant Human Resource qualification and working experience of at least 8 years
-
Must possess suitable experience in a similar type of role
-
International working background is an advantage
