Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and execute maintenance timely and effectively.
- Service used equipment’s and components and ensure ready to use all time, ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
- Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors, prepare RCA and fallow up actions with Sr Engineers.
- Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.
- Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection, and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by coordinating with contractors at site.
- Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group and ensure safe completion of works.
- Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by review & implement MSRA.
- Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).
- To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or the equivalent
- 5years of experience in Plant & facilities in chemical plant.
- Basic understanding of Maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
