Job Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our client in mapping out and optimising workflows across a range of corporate service functions. This is a site-based role, with no remote or work-from-home arrangement (unless made permissible by the client). Duration: 3 – 6 Months (with potential for extension). For Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residence.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments to map “To-Be” business processes, identify areas for optimisation or automation, and translate these into actionable business and technical requirements using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.  

In addition to business analysis responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to project manage assigned initiatives, overseeing end-to-end delivery of agreed outcomes. 

This role requires strong process mapping capabilities, critical thinking, and the ability to transform complex operational procedures into structured documentation while managing delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Process Analysis & Mapping: Analyse current ("As-Is") business processes and map out future ("To-Be") processes across multiple service domains such as company setup, compliance, finance, HR, tax, audit, immigration, data protection, and ESG advisory. 
  • Requirement Translation: Translate "To-Be" processes into clear and actionable business and technical requirements aligned with either Agile or Waterfall project methodologies. 
  • Optimisation & Automation Suggestions: Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or enhance processes for better efficiency and regulatory compliance. 
  • Documentation Development: Produce comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, workflow diagrams, process guides, and requirement specifications. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, service delivery leads, and compliance units to gather inputs and validate proposed improvements. 
  • Project Management: Manage assigned process improvement or transformation initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met. 
  • Version Control & Maintenance: Ensure all documentation is kept current, version-controlled, and reflective of any process or regulatory changes.  

Requirements 

  • Experience: Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, or workflow documentation — ideally across corporate or professional services. 
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage delivery of process improvement or business transformation projects.  
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, MIRO, Lucidchart, or BPMN software for creating process flows. 
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex services into clear, logical steps. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising with both technical and business stakeholders. 
  • Team Collaboration: Must be comfortable working on-site, engaging with various departments to gather insights and co-create solutions. 
  • Time Management: Capable of managing multiple service workflows and project timelines simultaneously. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Diploma or degree holders are welcome to apply. 
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies. 
  • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent Agile/Project Management certifications. 
  • Previous experience supporting business transformation in a regulated environment. 
  • Exposure to professional or corporate services industries (e.g. finance, tax, audit, fund administration processes).
