Salary: up to $3400
Location: Orchard
Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: 6 days, rotating shifts
Shift 1: 9 AM – 5 PM
Shift 2: 12 PM – 8 PM
Shift 3: 2 PM – 10 PM

Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Manage the rostrum and perform paging/announcements as needed.
• Conduct roving duties to inspect common areas and retail spaces, reporting maintenance issues.
• Assist in promotions, events, and Marketing Communication facility checks.
• Educate retailers on voucher acceptance and manage loyalty program redemptions.
• Handle lost and found items, incoming/outgoing calls, and general administrative duties.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements: 
- Minimum O/A Level/Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
