Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights into financial performance.

  • Oversee reconciliation of accounts, ensuring that all discrepancies are promptly addressed and resolved.

2. Accounts Management:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

• Supervise the preparation and maintenance of ledgers and journals.

3. Compliance & Regulation:

• Ensure all financial transactions are processed in compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.

• Stay updated on industry regulations, ensuring the institution adheres to any changes in financial reporting laws.

4. Project Management:

• Lead or participate in financial projects that support the institution’s goals, such as system upgrades, mergers, or acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma from a locally recognized polytechnic or equivalent (overseas qualifications may be taken into consideration)
• No prior experience welcomed; training will be provided
• Candidate with prior financial industry experience will have and edge during training
