Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights into financial performance.

Oversee reconciliation of accounts, ensuring that all discrepancies are promptly addressed and resolved.

2. Accounts Management:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Supervise the preparation and maintenance of ledgers and journals.
3. Compliance & Regulation:

Ensure all financial transactions are processed in compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.

Stay updated on industry regulations, ensuring the institution adheres to any changes in financial reporting laws.
4. Project Management:

Lead or participate in financial projects that support the institution’s goals, such as system upgrades, mergers, or acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma from a locally recognized polytechnic or equivalent (overseas qualifications may be taken into consideration)
- No prior experience welcomed; training will be provided
- Candidate with prior financial industry experience will have and edge during training
