Recruiter (General Roles) – Workforce Outsourcing & Project Hiring

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for outsourced workforce and project-based hiring.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for general roles (admin, finance, customer service, operations, logistics, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
  • Ensure fast turnaround and quality hiring for contract staffing roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with our HR & Payroll team – No need to handle payroll, contracts, or renewals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience in agency, staffing, or workforce outsourcing.
  • Strong sourcing skills across job boards, databases, and networking platforms.
  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative recruitment environment.

 

IT Recruiter – Workforce Outsourcing & Project Hiring

What You’ll Do:

  • Specialize in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for outsourcing projects.
  • Recruit across multiple IT domains (Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to find niche talent.
  • Conduct technical screening to assess candidate skills and experience.
  • Manage fast turnaround hiring for IT contract staffing and project-based roles.
  • Support bench hiring to build a strong pipeline of ready-to-deploy IT professionals.
  • Work closely with our HR & Payroll team – No need to handle payroll, contracts, or renewals.

  • Comfortable engaging with tech candidates and understanding technical job requirements.
