Recruiter (General Roles) – Workforce Outsourcing & Project Hiring
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outsourced workforce and project-based hiring.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for general roles (admin, finance, customer service, operations, logistics, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
- Ensure fast turnaround and quality hiring for contract staffing roles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume hiring needs.
- Provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with our HR & Payroll team – No need to handle payroll, contracts, or renewals.

- Strong sourcing skills across job boards, databases, and networking platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Specialize in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for outsourcing projects.
- Recruit across multiple IT domains (Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
- Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to find niche talent.
- Conduct technical screening to assess candidate skills and experience.
