Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct manpower recruitment and placement for job sites/teams.

Interview and select suitable candidates for cleaning positions to increase and maintain manpower levels.

Implement and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for job sites/teams.

Develop and execute improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and regulations.
-
Assess training needs and implement training plans for staff.
-
Manage client feedback and handle on-site incidents effectively.
-
Monitor and review staff daily attendance and performance.
-
Ensure smooth daily manpower operations, arranging staff replacements as needed.
-
Manage equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
-
Plan and conduct orientation for all new staff and job sites.
-
Conduct site visits to assess manpower requirements and job costing.
-
Transport cleaners/teams to and between job sites as required.
-
Provide on-site assistance as needed.
Requirements:
-
Prior experience in operations and recruitment in the cleaning industry is highly preferred.
-
Experience in cleaning will be an advantage.
-
Driving experience is an advantage.

Committed and responsible team player with a positive attitude.

Diligent, willing to learn, and self-motivated.
-
Independent, resourceful, and service-oriented.
-
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
