Business Development Manager


 

  • Observe and participate in identifying products and/or services that can benefit customer's needs.
  • Establish and maintain client base.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and communicate results.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process.
  • Train and coach sales teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Create and manage business development plans, including budgets and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Ex Financial Consultant will be an advantage.
  • Singaporean or SPR.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma from local Poly, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • No work experience required.
