- Observe and participate in identifying products and/or services that can benefit customer's needs.
- Establish and maintain client base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Research market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts.
- Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and communicate results.
- Manage and optimize the sales process.
- Train and coach sales teams.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Create and manage business development plans, including budgets and timelines.
Requirements:
- Ex Financial Consultant will be an advantage.
- Singaporean or SPR.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma from local Poly, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- No work experience required.
