Salary: up to $6900
Duration: 9 months contract (maternity cover)
Location: Boon Keng
Working hour: Mon - Fri: office hours

Roles and responsiblities:

- Handle month-end tasks like posting journals (e.g., accruals, provisions) and reconciling accounts.

- Prepare monthly reports, cash forecasts, and group financial statements.

- Prepare audit schedules and support the audit process.

- Manage GST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and transfer pricing filings.

- Perform variance analysis and manage cost accruals/provisions.

- Assist the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Calculate sales incentives and coordinate with HR for payroll processing.

- Work with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government agencies as needed.

- Drive improvements in processes, SOPs, and system implementations.

Requirements:

• Min degree in Accounting or ACCA qualified
• Min 5 years of experience in GL accounting and reporting
• Familiar with SAP
