Salary: up to $4400
Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Location: Science Park 2

Job description:  

1. Perform installation and provide basic technical training for devices as necessary.
2. Plan and execute warranty and corrective repairs/maintenance visits.
3. Implement related upgrades and Technical Service Bulletins from factory instructions to ensure services are up to date.
4. Provide support to Sales and Marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, and projects.
5. Deliver high-quality jobs to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation.
6. Complete on-time monthly maintenance tasks and paperwork for assigned customers’ accounts.
7. Ensure the local service team data hygiene and hours tracking are timely input.
8. Make constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs.
9. scalate quality-related situations, market dynamics, and issues from the field to the Service management in the country.

Requirement
•    Minimum Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Electronics or Equivalent
•   Has prior technical experience preferable in after sales support in medical industry
