Job details:

• The role will oversee the day to day facilities operations and management at both Office sites
• Oversee operations of the Facilities matters at the Offices ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of facilities
• Respond to Facilities emergencies 24/7 under Building Management Services ie. Temperature controls in Server Rooms, Security Access Doors, CCTV issues and Fire Warden
• Preparation of CS Facilities budget and chargeout matters
• Plan and implement facilities related projects ie. Renewals
• Space planning/ renovation projects.
• Respond to facilities complaints/ maintenance issues.
• Manage A&A projects at Site Office
• Season parking management
• Assist with evaluation of Security Systems and provide AV specifications for new HQ project
• Assist with the evaluation of the Meeting Room Booking system, set up of Administration rights and operationalization
• Reinstatement when Project completes

Job requirements:

• Relevant degree in Facilities Management
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience running a building of similar GFA.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
• Good written communication skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary for multiple stakeholders engagement
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to multi-task, independent and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Good team player
