- Work closely with teams such as Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to help achieve company objectives and uphold service standards.
- Prepare and organize monthly reports and account summaries.
- Drive individual and team performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to service and process improvements, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining business standards and compliance.
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
