Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
• Take orders accurately at the cashier and self-service kiosks
• Prepare meals following MOS quality and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, including taking out trash and cleaning surfaces
• Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle customer feedback or concerns with care and professionalism
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Job Specification

• No experience needed, we’re happy to train you!
• Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus, but not required
• Some knowledge of the F&B industry is helpful
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
