Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Business Development
· Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
· Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
· Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
Sales & Technical Support
· Understand and communicate AIoT solutions to clients with confidence.
· Work alongside the pre-sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
· Stay updated on product knowledge and new industry trends related to smart buildings, AI, and IoT.
Marketing Support
· Help plan and execute digital marketing activities, including content creation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and event coordination.
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
· Track and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Experience: 1–2 years of working experience in a sales, marketing, or technical support role. Internships or project experience in relevant industries are also considered.
· Technical Mindset: Interest or exposure to technologies like AI, IoT, smart buildings, or automation systems.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. Able to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Team Player: Willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.
· Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
