Your Role Will Include:
•    Developing strong client relationships through business development & account management
•    Creating compelling job ads and managing postings on various platforms
•    Screening and shortlisting candidates for the right fit
•    Conducting interviews and assessments
•    Coordinating interview arrangements between clients and candidates
•    Preparing contracts and handling required documentation
•    Building and nurturing a pipeline of top talent
•    Maintaining an organized, up-to-date candidate database
•    Sharing recruitment insights and progress reports with stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
•    A degree in any discipline
•    Positive attitude, strong initiative, and eagerness to learn
•    Tech-savvy and adaptable
•    CEI-certified applicants may be considered for a Senior Consultant position
