Windows Administrator ( GPO , Level 3 , Powershell ) - $6000

Responsibilities:

Operations & Services (70%)

• Administration (maintain, ensure compliance, sustainability, and improvements) of DWP platforms (Google Apps,VMWARE Airwatch, SMTP, ...)
• L4 Support (Tickets, Update and improving the knowledge base and FAQ ...)
• Participation in technical projects supported by the team DWP L4
• Animation of the global community of support via Google + Kite and training (on site or via video conference)
• Participation to EUS change committee (CAB) (Coordination, Content and information sharing)

 

Development & continuous Improvement (30%)

• Technology Watch (Discover, test, inform, and capitalize)
• Development & Maintenance (optimization of daily work, proposals for innovative solutions and documentation)
• Participation to the Kite Animation Developers community (Google apps & Cloud Platform) 

 

Local DWP referent

• Zonal Referent on the technology Google Apps for GIO (Specialist & Lead
• Supports the DWP L4 team at local level and give regular feedback to the team to improve our process, daily works
• Local support  in case of major changes in DWP solutions (preparation, implementation and communication

 

Requirements

1. Within an end user environment, handling Level 2 - 3 support regionally for Windows systems, including servers and OS
2. AT least 3 years and above of experience handling Windows Servers, GPO, Active Directory, Powershell Scripting
3. Participate in technical projects and in change committee 
4. Possesses ITSM knowledge
5. Adept at working independently or in a team based environment
