- Day to day management of key account to achieve sales target set by management.
- Assist in the growth of client portfolio to achieve win win solution for both company and client.
- Develop trust relationship with Key accounts to increase market share.
- Understand key account needs and requirements so as to propose for the correct product merchandising assortment
- Responsible for the whole cycle of sales process (Proposing of merchandise to the arrangement of delivery of stock to customer.
- Act as the liaison party between client and internal team for communication
- Preparing of regular business review with customer for growth opportunities.
- Preparing of sell thru reports for internal team on key marketing merchandise.
- Increasing market shares in domestic market
- Analyse current client profile to propose for business opportunities in new business unit
- Generating new sales lead and contact to explore for new business relationship.
- Increasing of door count product presence in Multi brands stores
- Conduct tradeshow for account under care
- Understand individual account strength, weakness and how account can fit into business model
- Discussion with individual account on their company growth and how the company is able to provide assistance.
- Discussed with individual account of the brand direction that is going towards and how they are able to fit in and move in the same direction resulting in win win scenario for both party.
- Product segmentation for account under care so that they can excel in their strength and ensure style efficiency for merchandise.
- Expanding selling space and visual spaces in retailer’s store.
- Ensure selling space and visual spaces fulfil the VM guideline standard listing.
- Developed sell in tools with retail marketing to secure pre-book amount during tradeshow.
- Provide product training to client on store levels.
- Understand client requirement for the level of proficient needed for product training and do up training slides as per client requirement.
- Understand the constraint and sell thru status faced by personnel on store level.
- Assist to work around the constraint to increase market shares on store levels.
- Understand the customer profiles for each stores and work with client for inter stores transfer to increase efficiency of merchandise.
- Provide competitor’s activities to marketing colleagues so as to develop plans to counter and increase market share in retailer’s store.
- In charge of FOOTBALL accounts in Domestic market.
- Responsible for the sales cycle of FOOTBALL in football accounts.
- Bringing FOOTBALL key account for License merchandise tradeshow.
- Review merchandise performance and assist accounts for sell in to prevent loss business opportunities.
- Work with FOOTBALL key account for additional social media campaign.
- Propose and secure additional space for key marketing campaign in client shop space.
- Work with marketing department for the campaign launches.
- Securing long term advertising space for the brand thus increasing brand exposure.
- Managing Account Receivable for account under territory.
- Ensure account follow credit terms as agreed in supply agreement.
- For account not following AR status, pro-actively source out client for payment status and work out re payment plan.
- Tracking of overall domestic sales data
- Forecasting of monthly sales data
- Preparation of monthly sales report and sell thru report
- Tracking of quarterly wholesales incentive program payout for domestic market.
- Based on sell thru data from client, source for additional stock from retail/wholesale dept. to prevent loss of business opportunities.
- Discuss with retail merchandiser on stock balance and provide stock for retail or other wholesales partner need the stocks.
- Achieving 100% of sales budget in financial year.
- Accounts under care follow strictly to the agreed credit terms
- Sell thru result for key market campaign
- Monthly sales report and sell thru report is updated within 1 week of closing.
- Quarterly wholesales incentive program payout is updated and submitted to management within 1 week of closing.
- Customer trust in for assistance in their business development
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfactory in company sales process cycle
- Increased company market share in domestic market.
- Minimize the impact of parallel imports and counterfeit merchandise in domestic market.
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Prefer 2-3 years of wholesales sales experience.
- Preferably in Sports/Active Lifestyles Industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Posses initiative and drive as well as be result-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
