Job Description

High pay:

In our company, there is no cap to how much you can earn.

Our wealth managers are always the best paid people in our company, always.

Our best paid wealth managers earn more than our CEO, CFO or Management team.

Why? Because our wealth managers are at the forefront of bringing in the revenue, a vital measure of how well the company is doing.

Our wealth managers typically make around $5,000 to $7,000/month in their 1st 2 years, and well beyond $10,000/month after 2years. Our top wealth managers earn 2-3 times more than the average.

 

Training and Mentorship:

Our wealth managers undergoing specifically tailored training as each individual are uniquely different.

Trainings will be conducted by our award-winning wealth managers and directors, individuals who are top achievers in the finance industry.

We believe that only the best mentors can trained out the best mentees, through sharing of real life experiences and accompanied on the job training rather than a classroom theory approach.

 

Work hours:

Unlike any typical 9 to 6 job, you call the shots on how you want to design your work week. But do not be mistakenly, if you want to jump to the top and earn your first pot of gold, you definitely have to put in more hours beyond 9-6 for at least the first 6-12months.

That being said, it is the flexibility in designing your work hours that our wealth managers treasure.
What kind of flexibility are we talking about – Pack for a last min travel trip without applying for leave, pick up your son at 3pm from school, accompany your family member for a medical, to name a few examples. You design your own work hours.

 

Leads:

A common concern of newcomers in the industry is the lack of social network and the ability to find clientele.

Leads (Customer base) will be provided to all our newcomers.

On top of the leads provided, our top wealth managers also utilise various platforms provided such as cold calling, road shows, seminars and social media to enhance their clientele base and portfolio.

 

Career progression:
