Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Receive and check/inspect goods from suppliers and ensure correct quality and quantity
Operate forklift safely to load and unload the goods
Pack and palletize all items in the order list and label per vessel name/order number
Segregate items according to deck, machine, galley stores and label correctly
Ensure that DO is correct according to sales order and sign off on DO to validate
Conduct periodic inventory count and report quantity, expiry date and storage condition
Keep cleanliness and maintenance within the warehouse

Job Requirements

Minimum N Level
At least 1 year warehouse/store experience in ship chandling/supply or related industry
Familiar with MS Office and warehouse management software
Meticulous and good planning skills
Forklift licence
