About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

Development Lead, Digital Bank - Agile Delivery for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (XRM)

We need  to lead a squad for the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in the digital space for Customer Onboarding, Account Opening and Digital Servicing. The role will need to manage and drive multiple agile development work for various digital workstreams. The Lead will need to have experience in managing digital programs working along with various project workstream leads inclusive of those from waterfall delivery workstreams. He / she will own the end to end delivery from epics, user stories creation, development to production reaching a stead BAU state. In addition to the digital program, the lead will work with other CRM project segments to lead and define the CRM roadmap, proactively contribute and manage the shared infrastructure, design and architecture and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 

  • Lead and manage a team of internal staff and external vendors for the application delivery of business solutions and/or new system capabilities
  • Lead standups, feature planning, spring planning, sprint grooming, sprint estimation, sprint review and retrospectives
  • Drive requirement gathering with Proxy PO / BAs, Product Owners and plan delivery release cycles
  • Work with BAs for the creation of user stories, placement into product backlog and planning into sprint cycles aligned to the overall program delivery plans
  • Pro-active management of internal stakeholders and reporting to tribe lead
  • Proficient technically and functionally to be able to clear / remove impediments / blockers faced by squad members
  • Able to collaborate with other application teams and workstreams to drive the delivery for various workstreams
  • Able to highlight risk, issues and drive resolution in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure solution delivered comply with established enterprise application, security and control standards, design principles and guidelines
  • Plan project efforts to upgrade, enhance and maintain systems at supported release levels
Job Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in business process and/or technology implementation
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing third party vendor relationships, onshore and offshore development teams to achieve business outcomes
  • At least 3 years experience at managerial level or above delivering global IT capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and excellent problem solving skills is a must
  • Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Experience in implementing large scale, highly available applications or other large project implementation using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Previous digital customer onboarding and digital servicing experience is a plus
