VP, Business Planning & Performance Management (Sales Management)
Roles & Responsibilities                  
1.Performance Management  
  • Active participation in segment sales strategy and planning
  • Design & end-to-end management of performance framework to drive sales objectives:
    • Staff Incentive Plan (Singapore and Region)
    • Performance Scorecard
    • Sales Staff Confirmation, Promotion and Upgrade
    • Sales Campaigns
  • Assessment , recommendation and documentation of all appeals & deviations on performance management
  • Facilitation of the Performance Incentive Forum (PIF), and maintenance of PIF Terms of Reference
 
2.Sales Analytics
  • Provide sales analytics and data intelligence to stakeholders to drive sales and support strategies
  • Support with S&D regulatory requirements/investigations (Internal & External)
 
3.Business Support
  • Support in financial budgeting, tracking and projections
  • Lead in balance sheet reconciliation & expense management
  • Refinement of sales performance management processes with BPA , HR and other partners.
 
4.Requirements
  • Degree with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Pro-active, meticulous with strong numeric and analytical skills
  • Good team player who is able to work well under pressure
