The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
The Group Retail Credit function in particular manage the risk for retail segment, which comprised of Personal Financial Services (PFS), Business Banking (BB) and Private Banking (PB). We take care of the whole credit cycle from underwriting, portfolio management to collection activities and all the new initiatives to fit into the business environment and trend.Job Responsibilities
AVP/ VP(1) Process System & Quality Management (PSQM), Group Retail Credit.
You are required to support Group Credit Retail in Process, System & Quality Management (PSQM) team mainly on the user testing for understanding platform.
You will be responsible to execute the test cases, structure the test plans for the products and regular system changes primarily for Singapore but also for the region. You will also be involved in regional projects including process improvement, standardization and change management. One key focus is to drive the automation and optimization the testing methodology and productivity.
You will also need to ensure the compliance of the policy/ framework that set up by the bank or regulator, MAS, and other whenever applicable. This is especially for the testing related activities and to be audit-proof.
The team also covers the quality assurance part for the retail credit. Thus you will be involve in such whenever appropriate.Job Requirements
Good working knowledge in Retail Banking Operations & Credit Approval in retail products
At least 4-years experience in the banking system in terms of UAT and business requirement verification
Ability to work under multiple projects and multiple testing for Singapore
Good communication and presentation skills
Testing results oriented
Able to support during weekend for the system go live
