Job Description

Reporting to Venue Sales Manager, the incumbent will provide efficient and timely contract administration support to help in achieving the venue sales targets. At all-time to ensure accurate and detailed responses to hirer’s queries in a timely manner.


Job Description:

  • Handle hotline and email inquiries for booking of all performing arts venue, and school facilities.
  • Coordinate site visit of venue and school facilities.
  • Ensure venue bookings are updated accurately and promptly in EBMS system to facilitate the dissemination of information to relevant parties.
  • Generate quotations via the EBMS system and prepare manual quotations for the school facilities rental.
  • Assist Venue Sales Manager to prepare contracts of venue booking and closing of the account.
  • Coordinate with hirer on all the necessary documents and information required for their performance.
  • Assist Venue Sales Manager to reconcile ticket sales report from SISTIC or other ticketing agents before confirming the final billing with Office of Finance.
  • In charge of SOTA’s internal venue bookings and work closely with relevant faculties on their bookings.
  • To make regular cold-calls to potential hires.
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly reports.
  • Assist Venue Sales Manager on other ad-hoc work. E.g: managing retail spaces, advertising spaces, roadshow spaces.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required by Reporting Officer, Management or the Organisation.

 

Job Requirments:

  • Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • Possess positive and motivated person with good initiative, and pro-active with a high level of commitment to meet deadlines.
  • Outgoing character, analytical, good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Team player who is self-motivated and pro-active with a high level of commitment
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently and multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the arts and entertainment industry and/or events management environment will be preferred.
  • May be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays.
