Job Description

Various Accounts Assistant (Cash Management/ AP Team/ Finance Support Team)

  • 3 to 6 months
  • Tampines
  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
  • $10/hr  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management:
    • Execute and recorded the accounting transactions related to Cash Management
    • Perform the reconciliation for banks and related account in accordance to internal control procedure and requirement
    • Manage GIRO Instructions, Bank Guarantee Applications, and Rental related payment instructions
    • Perform monitoring on the cash related transactions
    • Provide support for Corporate Finance Team in the statutory audit and filing, including data extraction and draft schedules preparation
  • AP Team:
    • Process payment (Oracle System) and transmit via Straight Through Service system
    • Prepare manual cheque payment
    • Update manual payments transaction to Oracle AP
    • Perform month end closing (Oracle AP)
    • Attend to suppliers’ queries and generate invoice
    • Reconcile GST submission on a monthly basis
    • Reconciliation (Payments)
  • GL Team:
    • Supprt Senior Accountant (RTC) – in the areas of General Ledger to support all operational units
    • Ensure all GL transactions are accurately processed and recorded in the financial systems
    • Execute and book all GL and Journal Entries
    • Review Monthly Financial Statements
    • Perform review and reconciliation
    • Prepare monthly review on key Trial Balance accounts
  • Support to Finance Team:
    • Perform office administration
    • Pickup and delivery of office mail from/to mailroom
    • Sorting and distribution of mail
    • Assist in the management of off-site document storage servicesd
    • Perform Voucher sorting and processing task
    • Perform document sorting, scanning, and boxing for off-site document storage
    • Manage stationary store include the ordering, distribution, and safekeeping of stationary inventory  

 

Salary:

  • $10/hr

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Location:

  • Tampines

Job requirements:

  • (Cash Management)
    • For Admin Assistant position, we are open to O levels qualifications candidates, due to the bulky volume of documents involved.
  • (AP Team/ GL Team)
    • Diploma/Degree in Accounting
    • Relevant accounting experience preferred
  • (Support to Finance Team)
  • Min O level
