Job Description

Purpose: To create a great vacation experience for members; confirming exchanges and solicit spacebank deposits, subscriptions and renewals, meeting service expectations.

 

Job Description:

  • Receive inbound telephone calls or conduct outgoing calls to confirm exchanges and solicit spacebank deposits, subscriptions and renewals, meeting exchange service expectations.
  • Sell/promote additional and travel-related products/services {e.g. current promotions and renewals} to generate corporate revenue.
  • Utilize effective listening and customer service skills to identify member needs and/or problems and travel expectations and provide problem solving for members when required.
  • Educate members on the value of their membership and the most effective use of the exchange process.
  • Process member account transactions by entering accurate data into the exchange system to record current member contacts and accounts activity.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing specialized training to ensure the accuracy of information communicated to clients.
  • Any other duties as required and/or directed.

Contractual Period:

  • 1 Year Contract to Permanent depending on performance

Location:

  • Mountbatten Road

Working Hours:

  • Asia region operating hours (9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm) with roistering in place
  • Pacific region like Australia and New Zealand operating hours (working hours, 6am – 3pm, 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm) *cab reimbursement to work for 1st shift is provided

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer service focus and excellent sales skills with demonstrated track record in meeting targets.
  • Able to meet performance objectives, exhibit self-discipline, display Contact Centre and company values as well as core competencies.
  • Tertiary qualifications. Open for ITE, poly graduates.
  • At least 1 years of sales experience preferably from the travel-related industry or a Contact Centre environment.
