Job Description

  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: Up to $2,400 + AWS + VB
  • Work Type: Permanent

 

JOB SCOPES:

  • Monthly reconcile bank balances with bank SOA
  • Data entry for cash-in and out
  • Issue cheques/open vouchers record bank flow
  • Follow-up AR and prepare weekly Aging report and monthly statement of account
  • Record cheque/cash received
  • Reply emails
  • Perform other routine account activities
  • Order stationery
  • Processing and reconciling petty cash claims

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Must possess at least Nitec/ Diploma in any relevant discipline.
