*URGENT* Contract Collections Officer (Financial Institution, Up to $2,700)

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Temps/Contract roles.

Job Description:

• Managed assigned cases which includes negotiation with customers on payment, facilitate vehicle possession, storage, re-sale, and recommend legal actions if needed
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts 
• Manage and achieve productivity standards to minimize write off with dollars collected and call attempts (about 50 calls per day)
• Perform all administrative duties related to day to day work
• Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with external stakeholders like car dealers and lawyers

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree 
• Preferably from vehicle background
• Able to start work within short notice
