Job Description

Location: North-East (Transport provided frm AMK)  

Working Hours (choose your preferred shift)  

  • Shift A: 6.45am to 3.15pm 
  • Shift B: 2.45pm to 11.15pm  
  • Shift C: 10.45pm to 7.15am 

Job Scopes: 

• Assemble and test wire bonder machines per engineering specification and customer order  

• Troubleshoot and rectification of machines  

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Singaporean (s) only.
  • Must possess at least Nitec / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
