Job Description

Be a member of the primary contact team for customers to assist them to solve enquiries and project a professional company image through voice interactions.

Job Description:

  • Handling phone enquiries from policyholders and distribution representatives in professional and prompt manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Lodge calls and accurate information of customers’ interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedure
  • Manage customers’ complaints and feedback with a good closure
  • Complete call logs and reports

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Min 1-3 years of working experience in contact center environment required (Insurance industry preferred)
  • Comfortable to work in face pace environment and multi-tasking
  • Able to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
