Job Scope:

• Ensure all customers orders and requests are completed promptly
• Constantly refill tea for guests as and when required
• Perform outlet opening and closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas
• To ensure food preparation and presentation are done as per restaurant’s standard
• Work closely and cooperate with all service team to ensure proper delivery of good customer service
• Clear the table immediately and reset the table for the next guest when the customer leaves.
• Report to the Assistant Manager / Supervisor and perform all tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager / Supervisor
• Ensure overall cleanliness in the Outlet. Tables and chairs side stations, cashier counter and dining floor in the Outlet are clean and ready for operation
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Be able to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking clients
• Good hygiene and able work with a team
