UP$4500 | Snr / Operations Executive (Shipping Management)

• Basic $3000 - $4500, depending on experiences & seniority
• Location: West (Pandan Loop)
• 5 Days: Office Hours (8.30 am to 5.45 pm)
• Full time - Perm Role 
• AWS + Variable bonus + Annual Leave

Responsibilities: 

• Manage full spectrum of shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, L/C Negotiation, certificate of origin, bill of lading etc.)
• Liaise with freight forwarders and supplier on matters related to shipment coordination
• Knowledge of shipping documents
• Data entry (DO, Shipment planning, shipment cost, goods issue, billing)

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant field
• Min 2 years of shipping and/or purchasing experience
• Trading and Distribution environment will be an added advantage
• Experienced with ERP System – NAV, SAP and Oracle preferred
