• Basic $2400 - $2800 (Depends on experience)
• 6 Days | 8.30am-6.30pm
• Location : Tai Seng (near MRT)
• Vegetarian DimSum | Food manufacturer | Central Kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis.
• Ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene standard of kitchen
• Ensure quality of DimSum production, preparation and presentation
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products
• Stock Inventory

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience as a Dim Sum Chef
• Understand food culture and technique
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
