UP$2500➽Logistics / Shipping Coordinator ➽5 Days

• Basic $2200-$2500 (Depends on Experience)
• 5 Days | 8.30am - 6pm
• 14 AL + AWS + Medical Benefits
• Changi South (Co. Trspt: Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Bedok, Expo)
• Well-known Pharmaceutical MNC

Responsibilities:

• Handling import/export shipping documents
• Coordinate shipments, import clearance, delivery schedule, etc
• Process insurance claims, reject shipments
• Inventory management for raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods
• Generate Goods Received Note (GRN)
• Prepare weekly shipment report
• Maintain and update transactions via SAP system

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Logistics / Supply Chain working experience in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in Letter of Credits , Bank Contract and Shipping Incoterm
• Well versed in Microsoft Office and SAP ( SD and MM Module )
• Good import/export documentation and shipping knowledge
• Singaporean only
