Transaction Support Officer
This role serves to provide transactional support to our lawyers. Key responsibilities include:
- handling pre-closing, closing and post-closing formalities
- filing and registration of transaction documents
- preparing and proofreading basic transaction documents
- verifying and managing transaction deliverables
- collating and distributing transaction bibles and deliverables
Applicants should hold a Diploma in any discipline. No relevant experience is required.
Essential attributes include an excellent work attitude, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, a commitment to meet deadlines, the ability to multi-task and to work both independently as well as part of a team. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of spoken and written English. Candidates must also be familiar with Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to learn new technology.
