Responsibilities and Duties

  • General Administration matters, including timetabling, handling enquiries, trainer’s deployment, resources planning and evaluation
  • Assist in the continuous review and improvement of the operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure timely response to student’s enquiries


  • Polytechnic or Private diploma (Entry level candidates are welcome to apply)
  • Customer centric service mindset
  • Strong communication (writing and speaking) and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Meticulous and attention to details
