Job Description

  • Liaise with scheduler on updating course schedule to system such as TPGateway
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and bodies on applications, audits, certifications etc
  • Submit funding (SDF and SFC etc) applications and claims for clients and trainees and ensure proper follow up cases and receipt of disbursements in bank
  • Updating the enrolment details to system such as TPGateway
  • Tabulate and enter examination/assessment results accurately into systems and spreadsheets; and generate results notification, reports and statistics
  • Compile and submit assessment results to system such as TPGateway
  • Generating online survey for relevant authorities
  • Downloading certificates from system such as TPGateway
  • Marking Learner attendance to system such as TPGateway
  • Updating the training venue/location to system such as TPGateway
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
  • Working Hours: 5 days work week (44 hours) from Sunday to Wednesday (9am – 7pm) and Thursday (9am – 6pm)

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 – 2 years’ experience
  • Competent in Microsoft applications
  • Meticulous, systematic and organised
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels
  • Able to work independently without much supervision
  • Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
  • Good coordination and organisational skills
  • Possess strong work ethics and keep information confidential
