Job Description

Why Join?

  • Salary: Up to $3000 per month
  • Location: Serangoon North
  • Working Hours (choose your preferred shift) 
    Shift A: 6.45am to 3.15pm
    Shift B: 2.45pm to 11.15pm 
    Shift C: 10.45pm to 7.15am

Job Scopes:

  • Assemble and test wire bonder machines per engineering specification and customer order 
  • Troubleshoot and rectification of machines 
  • Generate documentation for the machine configuration and specification 

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean(s) only
  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma in any related discipline.
