Tool Setter

Job description:

• Set up tooling
• Follow up with QC after submitting first piece buy off
• Coordinate with toolmaker when require servicing/adjustment
• Visually check cosmetic quality during production

Requirement

• At least 1 years of working experience in related field
• Those without experience but willing to learn tool setup will be considered for Trainee Tool Setter Role.

Toolmaker

Job description:

• Operate conventional grinding and milling machine
• Responsible for fabrication/assemble according to tooling drawing
• Trouble-shooting
• Perform maintenance
• Conduct tooling testing prior to samples submission

Requirement

• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Able to read technical drawing
• Those with only conventional grinding and milling experience will be considered for machinist.
