We are looking for a Test Manager for an ongoing long term project in Singapore. The role will be a 12 months extendable contract with Aryan Solutions, Singapore.

Job Description

• Strategize, advise and plan test-related activities with emphasis on:
• Maintains awareness of testing alternatives at a level where they can be analyzed, selected and
• agreed
• Utilizes testing knowledge and experience to assess and advise on the practicality of testing
• process alternatives.
• Produce Test Plans that include:
• High-Level Project Overview
• Resource Plan
• Communication Plan
• Risk Log
• Stakeholder information
• Plan Test Schedule
• Project Effort estimation
• Conduct Project Postmortem
• Manage revenue and cost of test activity
• Coordinates all activities during each testing phase of a project or program
• Assess and manage requirement creep during the testing phase
• Provide structure and guidance to team
• Coordinate Test itinerary and Environment
• Monitor and Control defect activities, resource deployment, and Project request
• Report testing activities in a timely manner
• Assist project manager to conduct KPI setting and review for allocated resources.
• Support pre-sales activity by assisting the Account Manager in sizing and pricing for new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
• Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computing) or equivalent.
• Minimum Technical Test Manager with 5-6 years of experience in managing a team size of 10people.
• Experience in Core banking, Internet banking, Avaloq, or equivalent
• Experience in managing both Manual and Automation testing teams is preferred.
• Familiar with Software Testing Development and Testing methodology, especially Agile &
• Waterfall methodology
• Daily hands-on practice on software testing with the team
