Job Description

 

The Job:

  • Handle & deliver support services for Jackpot Operations e.g. meter recording, printing receipts
  • Interact with customers to understand customers’ needs
  • Proper recordings of documents for winning claims, cash-out and attend to Jackpot Hits promptly
  • Issue coins/notes to Cashier, assist the cashier in batching coins and responsible for cash balance in SAFE
  • Carry-out casher duties
  • Balancing of accounts at the end of shift and handover to next shift
  • Ensure that the Jackpot Room is properly closed and armed at the end of 2nd shift duties
  • Attend to minor faults of the Jackpot machines and any other ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Primary School level education with 1 to 2 years of customer service / jackpot-related experience
  • Possess good communication skills and a high level of integrity
  • Good with numbers and has an eye for details
  • Team player
  • Must be able to perform shift duties on weekdays, weekends & Public Holidays

 

Additional Information:

  • Period of temporary assignment: Early November 2020 to end January 2021
  • 5-day work week
  • Rotating shifts: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm / 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
  • Staff transport will be provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
