TEMPORARY ADMIN OFFICER
- Provide administrative support at showflats.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
- Maintain proper filing of documents.
- Process forms and documents.
- Check and verify details and records from buyers.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Working Location : Showflats at different locations
- Working Days : Monday to Sunday (required to work 5 days a week and 2 rest day will be given on any of the weekdays).
- Working Hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm
