Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support at showflats.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents.
  • Process forms and documents.
  • Check and verify details and records from buyers.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be able to work overtime.

Other Information

  • Working Location : Showflats at different locations
  • Working Days : Monday to Sunday (required to work 5 days a week and 2 rest day will be given on any of the weekdays).
  • Working Hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm
