Job Title Temp Staff / Office Management

Job Specialisation General admin   

Minimum Hourly Rate (For Info) $7 (‘N’, ‘O’) $7.50 (’A’ level, Nitec COS, Higher Nitec)  

Working Days & Hours Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Mandatory Skills Data entry, Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes and Excel

Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements

1. Process requests, claims and application for parking and mobile/ broadband subsidies

a) Process requests received, verify documents, and liaise with staff, parking vendor, and Vital on necessary follow-ups relating to crediting details and raising of service requests invoices

b) Verify parking vendor’s monthly statement against staff records

c) Update Data entry with parking vendor

2. Arrange and procure supplies

a) Raise purchase orders in GeBIZ and process payment in NFS@Gov for supplies

b) Manage supplies returns from operation units, budget and manage the distribution of supplies

c) Liaise with vendors on e-invoicing payments d) Carry out ad-hoc purchases from GeBIZ and process claims

3. Arrange and procure meals

a) Coordinate with caterers based on meals returns from operation units, budget and setup weekly meals menus

b) Coordinate distribution of meals with caterers and meal leads to ensure meals are properly distributed at all meals time

c) Liaise with vendors on e-invoicing payments

4. Processing of e-invoices and procurement of items for SEM works

5. Provide admin assistance to CSD managers
