Job description
Provide admin, logistics, procurement and finance support to the Manpower Department. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- HR systems administration work e.g. role mapping/removal, milestone payments tracking and initiation, coordinate system enhancement works, provide guidance to users on how to use the systems
- HR initiatives administration work e.g. working with appointed service provider to schedule health screening benefits for the staff, administering the registration by staff for the benefits, tracking the attendance records and handling the payments to the service provider
- Project coordination work e.g. BizSAFE 3 application, office re-location Procurement work e.g. raising purchase orders, assisting in contract establishment
- Data collation and tracking work e.g. manpower statistics
- Logistics work e.g. assets acquisition, distribution and disposal
- Finance work e.g. fund checks for the department’s purchases, processing of staff claims, preparing budget utilisation/outstanding payment reports
- Any other duties assigned by Manpower Department
Job qualifications / experience
Diploma holder, preferably with prior work experience in the Civil Service, Salary ranges from $2,600 - $3,200 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience. Experience in Finance work is preferred.
Skills / Proficiency
Must be adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. A good command of English, and knowledge of the workplace safety and health regulations and requirements will be an added advantage.
