Job Description



  • Match delivery orders against invoices using SAP platform
  • If invoices are not verified, forward to end users and follow up until the invoices are verified
  • Perform GR posting in SAP
  • Update and house-keep of common drive folders with purchase-related documents
  • Update purchase status
  • Monitor invoices with grant expiry date, expedite vendors where necessary
  • Assist in purchase request (PR) raising
  • Assist in sourcing activity
  • Assist in data collation prior to sourcing
  • Assist in maintaining SAP material management module
  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirements:-
  • Minimum Higher NITEC qualifications in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good team-player and interpersonal skills
