We are hiring Contract Patient Service Assistants (Immediate Interview!) to be outsourced to reputable hospitals!

Job Scope:

You will help patients navigate through our healthcare systems by attending to their queries, resolve their challenges, promote and educate health services/programmes. You will provide prompt and excellent frontline services to patients including patients’ registration, handing patients’ enquiries, appointment scheduling and collection of payments in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours:

• 5.5 days office hours: Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm / Sat, 8am - 1pm

Requirement:

• Can commit to 1 year contract
• Minimum N/O/A Levels/Dip
• Some customer service experience is required
• Passion for healthcare and helping others
