Temp HR Officer
- Basic salary up to $2100
- 5-day work week; Mondays – Fridays 9am - 6.30pm
- 4 months Contract
Our client, a Japanese Global Logistics Services company, is currently seeking for candidates to join them as an Admin Executive.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- HR administration tasks
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Manage Division Staff insurance and claims matters.
- Administrative duties for passes (eg: airport pass, staff pass, etc).
- Manage cleaning and pest control vendors.
- Manage purchasing and name card printing.
- Assist in coordination and execution of internal and externally
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Administration function.
- Proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Good team player with positive working attitude.
- Alps Ave (Transport pick up at Jurong East, Tampines, Tanah Merah)
