• Provide effective sales support our consultants to ensure smooth business operations.
• Contribute to business growth through assisting in business leads generation and talent sourcing
• Involvement in recruitment cycle acitivities such as market research, arrange interviews and engaging with candidates to understand their needs and expectations
• Work hand in hand with mentor to gain insight about the recruitment industry
• Be involved in any adhoc or administrative suties when required.
• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/Diploma;
• People-oriented individual who enjoys networking and building relationships;
• Good team player;
• Ability to work independently and with initiative;
• Confident and effective communicator;
• No prior experience required.
