Job Responsibilities 

  • Maintain General Mailbox
  • Data input and re-verification of information on excel and word documents to ensure accuracy for purposes of reporting
  • Filing 
  • Answer queries
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Follow-up on outstanding applications
  • Scanning and uploading documents

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Experience 

  • Experience in secretarial/administrative duties

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Independent & self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
